The doctor came across as confrontational and appeared upset that my son needed urgent care. Rather than acknowledging the urgency of the situation, she dismissed my concerns and showed very little compassion or care. I was simply seeking assistance for my son and expected a professional, understanding response.
Love these guys. So professional yet personable
The doctor is very nice and professional and she does amazing with my kids. She tries her best to keep her clients happy. You might catch a little attitude and side eye from the lady in the front with glasses but the doctor makes up for her rudeness.
