This shop is a scam, avoit it. They sent an estimate on 1000$ charged us 3000$ without any approval for the parts, we had everything on the email but they did not want to release our trailer.

They made a bad day great. Wrecker was ahead of schedule. Had a bay waiting on me when we got there. Service was very efficient and did not take advantage of the situation. If your down and need a mechanic near Knoxville dont call anyone but these guys.
