I had an appointment today and the arrival time was between 1pm and 2 pm. At 2:00 no one showed so I called John to see if they were coming. John said the technician was working on a job and we were next in line. When no one arrived, I then called again at 3:30 to speak with John and the person who answered the phone said John would call be right back.
