I recently received outstanding customer service from both Jon and Ivan regarding my Generac 24KW generator. They arranged to come out in a timely fashion to first diagnose what was entailed in getting it to function properly, then came back shortly thereafter to complete the necessary work. We wanted a whole house backup generator installed and everything started off well. They came out and provided a quote. We were thinking about buying the generator on our own and just having it put in. The quote was for them to provide one. When we asked for another quote allowing for this possibility, they ghosted us instead of just saying that they only do projects where they supply the generator. Skelly recently installed a Generac natural gas generator for our home. From beginning to end; from quote through the timing of starting the job to completion, everything was performed flawlessly. The crew who did the work were very professional and incredibly nice.
