I have been through many hairdressers. Some great and others not. I have been dark, blonde, long and short. On my way back to having a shirt cut and blonde. I went else where recently and it did not go as planned. Hilary listened to what I wanted, and looked the photos I showed her. She was so up front about cost from the beginning.
