Gosh this was really rough. I'm underwhelmed and rather concerned. A friend communicated to me that this business is Catholic and family owned so I was excited to give them my business, and I really wanted to give a very good review... but nothing was properly communicated in advance or prepared adequately. My fiancé, his dad, my dad, his best man, and my 2 boys had an appointment today at 1030. My fiance called multiple times to make sure everything was good to go and it would be a smooth appointment. They have been there TWO HOURS and still arent done. They even admitted they were not prepared. They are not efficient or prepared. How did a suit appointment turn into more of an ordeal than a wedding dress 🤣 and he even went with specific colors/expectation.
I want to give a big shoutout to Frank at Skeffington's who helped my fiancé and I book our wedding with them yesterday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable when it came time for us to pick out suits for our big day. We are looking forward to continue working with him as our wedding day quickly approaches. He provided us with amazing customer service that didn't go unnoticed!
