RecommendedI called Skeeter Kell after my son had his catcher’s helmet strap break. I spoke to Kim who was very nice. She let me send her pictures over the phone to see if they could fix. After review of pics the helmet needed to be replaced. She had a helmet in stock and let me pay over the phone. I was able to pick up that afternoon for his game. I was impressed with their knowledge, same day service, friendliness, willingness to help, affordability and costumer service. My son ordered a jacket through the school with this company. It's about 2-3 sizes too big even though the salesperson told me he was there when the kids were measured. I called to ask about getting it altered and salesperson was hateful and told me my son needed to grow into the coat. Waste of money.
