I came in to get the parts for winterization of our boat, but they had already closed. The service manager Sean, opened back up and got me everything I needed. He stayed an extra half hour after closing and gave me a few pointers for the job as well. Great service and the prices were very reasonable! We will be going there for all of our boating needs from here on!
This place knows how to treat their customers. Everyone is so attentive and nice to everyone who walks in the door. I went in for outboard motor parts, and the guys at the parts desk are very friendly and made me feel appreciated. I will be buying a new boat in the future and this will be the place I will buy from. Just plain a great experience.
I hit something with my boat leaving me with a sizable insurance claim. They worked with speed and precision to process the claim directly with my insurance and get me back on the water in a week. Unheard of and only possible with this level of professionalism. Thank you Scott, Colin, Sean and technicians!
