Very very bad experience with an agent by the name of Shana Gurse. I called for a mutual customer to get insurance all set and was told multiple times that she was still waking up I needed to calm myself down and wait. 12:15 by the way. I was very respectful to this women and I was relegated very poorly in return. I will definitely not ever recommend a customer to this location. I would have given her a zero and hope you replay her call with me.
I have been a client for about eight years. I have only dealt with Shayna in the office, and she is very sweet… When I can get a hold of them. That is my only gripe, and it has become worse over the years. If I send an email, I don’t get a response back even after sending another. If I make a phone call, I’m always leaving messages and again not getting a phone call back. I waited 3 full days for a quote for car insurance and didn't get a call back from the woman I was talking with. I still have not heard back. And I know her personally so it even sucks more 😔
