Worst experience ever had tried to scam me on add warranty for over $4k. After sale never called back had to threaten with attorney finally after offered take care back & switch out with newer car. Still hasn't send me paperwork or registration. Granted has nice cars but so do other places that are honest & reputable. This guy duanne is the lowest form & deceitful dishonest person I haver ever dealt with. I'm 61 yrs old & would tell anyone stay away from this dealership unless u want grief
Don’t expect a listed vehicle to actually be ready, I fully intended to buy a vehicle from them, I was told 3 times I’d receive a call about the vehicle that “needed service” (two weeks of waiting for maybe 16 hours hours of labor from what I was told was being fixed). Had to reach out twice after waiting past when I was told it would be ready, and a month later I still have yet to receive the call the car is ready for purchase. This is the best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from Virginia to Connecticut to check a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S we had seen on the internet. Arrived to find the car in an excellent condition just as advertised. More importantly to our surprise, the owner had waited for us after his work hours and took care of us just like family.
