Purchased a pair of slip in Skechers about 6 months ago that had the stitching come apart at the back. Josh happily swapped them as a quality issue. Will absolutely purchase here again in the future as the customer service was excellent.

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes today, one pair was marked $40, and the sales assistant even said so. Before her team member pulled her aside to quietly tell her that the price was incorrectly marked, they quickly changed over the price stickers and charged me the $80 for it. Very dodgy.
Great fun shopping here this afternoon. Not just friendly, helpful, patient staff but great with four month old baby in tow. Well done!
