I had a great experience with Zach at Skechers. He’s an excellent salesman who truly understands the real meaning of customer service, something that’s rare these days. Zach stands out for his genuine attitude and professionalism. He was helpful, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in a retail store!

Came in to the store about my daughter's faulty pair of shoes purchased last year and was assisted by Annie, the store manager. She was exceptional and sorted it all out for me. Before going in, I had a brief conversation with her via phone and she was absolutely amazing. Will definitely come back to this branch for all future purchases.
Visited on sunday and had such a good experience. The staff were really helpful and professional. My mum doesn’t speak much english but the guy there was so patient and kind. Really appreciated it and will definitely be coming back.
Big shoutout to Caitlin and Annie. They are both amazing workers and work so hard. I had amazing service going in today and love Skechers so much.
