Had a great experience here this morning, the customer service rep was only worker in store she dine excellent with serving 3 people at once, she apologised. I've been to all gold cost skechers stores this week and finally found what I was after YAY
Great customer service. From the moment I walked in the door the young lady Mackenzie acknowledged me. Even though she was already serving someone else. She then spent time organising different shoes for me to try on until I was happy with my selection. Nothing was to much trouble for her. Walked in there maybe four times, staff not interested to say hi or offer assistance , when I asked for a size of a particular shoe the female was not interested in helping with the reduced items only the full price. I kept saying I want the reduced ones she kept interrupting and totally different to colour and style to what I was after.
Fantastic service, great prices. Would highly recommend.
