My wife and I shop at this store often as we find the customer service extended to us by Brad is exceptional . Brad is very customer focused, friendly, helpful and goes out of his way to get us the sizes we need and offers suggestions on what we might like. We always tell our family and friends to shop at this store and to ask for Brad as he is so friendly etc. Brad is a real asset to the Skechers company. 10/10
So impressed with a wonderful staff member at the Campbelltown Mall Store. Brad is super helpful. I have now bought 2 pairs of shoes from him in the last 2 months. Highly recommend! I LOVE Skechers slip on hands free range! Awesome for those with mobility issues.

Hi there team, This is so unfortunate that i faced worst customer service when i visited your showroom today morning at Cambeltown Mall . There were two sales representatives there. One is male and one is female . I highly request and recommend you to train that male employee. He was too rude and impatient throughout the time we were there. He shouted , showed anger and unwilling to show us shoes. He even said he has no size that we were looking for however we eventually found out the size by ourselves.
