I came in this afternoon looking for a particular type of shoe but I didn't know what I really needed because my arch and ankles hurt in normal shoes. I got helped from a boy and girl named Jarred and Jona and they were incredible. Jarred really took his time to help me find the right fit turned out I need something called a wide fit and Jona also was very informative these two together are amazing and have awesome customer service, you guys have a customer for life.
I went to buy a pair of shoes today as I walk a lot playing golf a few times a week, I walked into Skechers cairns central where a young lady served me, I asked for a 10.5 and from 20 mts away a young man says only one side of the display carries half sizes , so obviously he took over the sale, I said to him I want a pair of shoes for golf as I walk a lot , his response was I don’t know nothing about golf and sort of dismissed me , I said you don’t need to know about golf it’s the walking is why I’m here , he abruptly became... read more

Worst customer service ever. Shoes were so uncomfy and feels like your walking on concrete. Wanted to return them the next morning or get store credit and they didn’t allow me to even exchange them for a different pair. They didnt have my size for 4 different shoes!!! Never going there again and will never buy sketchers again 👍
