We visited the store yesterday and i was so happy to see that they have finally released the skechers garage shoes in Australia as my son is currently obsessed with cars. I tried to open the "garage" to show him but struggled a bit and didnt want to force it so i asked the staffperson for help and she said, it slides up.. i told her it wouldnt open (hoping that she would move from behind the counter and provide some customer service) and she rudely said, "it's brand new so just dont open it". Do not buy it instore and ruin your day .If there could be a lower rating I could give I would went there to buy a shoe should the girl with dark hair at the counter which one she was so rude no smile said its online not even oh we do have this or a different style or something just shut me down . I had to ask her do have anything similar she seemed even disinterested to show me . Very bad experience yesterday I went there between 3-4pm there is a girl she told me her name is (Ari) so rude and no greeting to customers …..customer comes and go no any reaction and i asked her to give me one shoes she gave me very inexpressive way…..I was on my work cloths and no any make up that doesn’t mean I can’t afford a shoes …..she was looking me by side eyes like I am stealing something…..,,I was waiting for my husband and his finalisation about shoes …….at the end no thank you no nothing….feels like judging cust... read more
Every time I go to this store, the lady with black hair behaves so rudely. I asked for a size n she talks rudely as if she will only talk to you if you give her money or something. She should not be working in the store. I am not gonna go back to this store I guess.
I entered the store 45 mins before closing looking for an specific pair of Skechers shoes and the person on the tilt replied in a very rude way that they don't have it anymore, my wife asked if there was any other store that may have it and she looked in the system very annoyed and said that just Penrith, awful service, if the store was about to close I get it it this wasn't the case, I'm not getting Skechers products in the future due to this awful experience
