My sneakers began to wear and tear in 4 months of occasional usage. In 7 months they began to fall apart with a huge hole between sole and side fabric. I brought them to the Miranda store where I bought them and the girl said: "oh, you need to fill the online form". Later that day I filled the form. It took me a while as it is a quite low quality web-site. Horrible attention, bad customer service
Mikeli was taking care of so much chaos all by herself, so patient and taking her time with all customers to the best of her ability. Highly recommended

Today around 3:00pm I walked in with my daughters to buy two shoes , I waited patiently to be served when I said excuse me to the lady with glasses to ask for what sizes I needed she totaly ignored me and walked by that’s so rude you could just say you are busy or something. I left the shop without buying any thing. Never come again
