Poor service, staff require training from Managment or owner. The same shoe is two differnet colours was in tje shie box & staff couldn't find the left shie to make a pair. In my opinion the owenr or manager should invest in mentoring & training staff to ensure adequate service.
Very disappointing experience. When I first approached a staff member to ask a question, they responded badly and said they were helping another customer. I waited quietly, then another staff member came and I asked whether the shoes I was holding were waterproof or not? She said, yes I waited a long time to try two different sizes and felt completely ignored throughout the process.
