Very good experience today. Angus was extremely helpful. I simply told him size, fitting and style and he provided 3 pairs, all of which fitted for me to choose between. At the same time he was managing other customers, but he frequently checked in to see if I needed any more assistance. Will be back for my next pair of shoes.
Great place and excellent customer service!
Shitest place to shop.
Poor service, staff require training from Managment or owner. The same shoe is two differnet colours was in tje shie box & staff couldn't find the left shie to make a pair. In my opinion the owenr or manager should invest in mentoring & training staff to ensure adequate service.
