The female staff members were very rude, need to improve customer service
I visited the DFO store just before closing and had already selected the shoes I wanted to purchase. Instead of being asked if I was ready to check out, I was told I needed to leave because the staff wanted to go home. Another staff member then told me I should respect their time. I understand stores need to close on time, but I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. A simple "We're closing in two minutes—if you're ready to purchase, we can serve you now" would have been a much more welcoming approach.
While the range is its usual routine self the service by the Manager Damian was first class. He listened, offered options, gave insights and used his experience to find a solution. As someone who wears an AFO that needs a particular shoe type I felt respected and came away with a smile.
