While the range is its usual routine self the service by the Manager Damian was first class. He listened, offered options, gave insights and used his experience to find a solution. As someone who wears an AFO that needs a particular shoe type I felt respected and came away with a smile.

As with many of the other reviews on here, I visited the store today to purchase some shoes. The measuring guide was under the counter and the girl pulled it out and handed it to me. I explained I hadn't used one before and asked how would I know what size we needed. She pointed to the numbers on the guide and told me they were the cms...obviously but that still didn't explain what size we needed.
