Shoes quality and great for plantar heel. One pair wrong size online purchased and exchanged in store at penrith. Was very impressed with the sole sales assistant running the shop. She accommodated the size change, was very knowledgeable and very polite and had great expertise at her job.

Today I went to Penrith store after a phone conversation about my issue regarding a pair of shoes bought a week ago. I had tried to communicate with a person (Mel) on chat and was basically told not to bother as I had already worn the shoe.
