I had a great experience shopping at the Penrith store today. The lady who assisted me was friendly, caring, and treated me like I was valued. Her kind words made my day.

Today I went to Penrith store after a phone conversation about my issue regarding a pair of shoes bought a week ago. I had tried to communicate with a person (Mel) on chat and was basically told not to bother as I had already worn the shoe. I attended the Penrith store and was served by a lovely lady called Anna a Young Blonde lady with glasses . I needed some guidance on shoes for plantis faciastis . I found Anna to be extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with sketchers products . She had a few suggestions and options for me. Not only was she serving me but was multi tasking and looking after other customers at same time. The store was extremely busy . went into the Penrith store for back to school shoes. After asking for a size the woman walked past and handed the shoes to my child and walked away. I didnt even realise until i saw my daughter trying yo fit her foot in them. i then asked the assistant when she walked past again if she had a sock to which she replied we dont have any and walked off. We got up and walked out. No chance of me spending upwards of $130 for that crap service!
