I was just having a browse today when I popped into Skechers, and I felt I had to leave a comment about the lovely ladies working there. While I was looking around, I couldn’t help but notice how knowledgeable and helpful they were with every customer. They really know their products and took the time to explain things properly. It’s so nice to see such great customer service these days, and I wanted to share my thoughts because they truly deserve the recognition.
I walked into Skechers woodgrove today I was shopping for the first time and the lovely lady that was on helped me so much I am so smitten with my shoes!!! Lovely customer service
Visited Skechers today and had a disappointing experience. I wasn’t acknowledged on arrival and had to go to the register for help. The sales assistant was rude and dismissive despite me being polite. When I asked for a new pair of shoes (as the ones given to try were worn), she became defensive and quite aggressive, which made things uncomfortable. Poor customer service like this really puts people off returning.
Their service staff don't have experience to deal customers' very attitude and There are not happy to talk customers they are don't help to offering to explain what is the best for that we don't come back agin
Looking for friendly in-store assistance? Not here. I just left after doing my best at being a friendly customer, though the person serving just then was not interested in selling shoes. She was cold, didn't offer solutions to get the shoes I was after, and wouldn't accept the Sketchers promo we were sent last week (which has another 3 months till expiry). If you really want Sketchers, go online or another store
