Shoe sole fell off one shoe after only 12 mths Clearly FAULTY. Took back to store and wouldn’t accept fault or refund shoes Staff weee rude and condescending. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I came here last week, because I was just trying out what are Skechers? I thought? Don't go to this store, very bad service. Walked in and waited 15 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. Yes it's a Sunday but only one staff member on Christmas is not good Was prepared to spend $500 but no sale for them
The customer service was terrible, they called security on me and my friends when we were only outside the store on the benches not creating any ruckus, when I tried asking for something and leaving a tip for their hard work they rudely kicked me out even though I was just looking for a pair of shoes. Would rate 0/5, never going again.
