No wide fit shoes/sandals, so I travelled from Goulburn to here (Campbelltown) for nothing. So disappointed
We visited the Macarthur store on the 2.10.25 at 1.46pm and were greeted by a very helpful young Lady , ive since found out via the docket that her name is Eliza. Eliza took the time to find what i needed at another store as the shoe I wanted was not available in the store and even suggested that the shoe be delivered to our home which we chose to do. we came in today to exchange a pair of shoes, the lady serving us was very helpful and a joy to talk to.
My mother recently visited your store after purchasing a pair of shoes that had a clear manufacturing defect—the entire shoe ripped apart, which is far from normal wear and tear. When she approached the female manager for assistance, she was met with rudeness and a complete lack of support. My mother does not speak fluent English, and instead of offering understanding or assistance, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. This review is for CAMPBELLTOWN MALL. Unfortunately, do not see a review tab for the Ctown Mall, so I have to post it on the MacArthur Store. I unfortunately, did not have good customer service at the Ctown Mall branch. While I was trying on the shoes, I informed the worker that the shoe I was wearing did not have enough grip for work purposes.
