I bought these shoes about two weeks ago, and the sole started coming off after normal use. I went back to the store with my receipt to ask if I could exchange them. However, the staff told me that they couldn’t exchange them because the shoes were dirty and that there was no warranty. I was very disappointed with the experience!!
No wide fit shoes/sandals, so I travelled from Goulburn to here (Campbelltown) for nothing. So disappointed
We visited the Macarthur store on the 2.10.25 at 1.46pm and were greeted by a very helpful young Lady , ive since found out via the docket that her name is Eliza. Eliza took the time to find what i needed at another store as the shoe I wanted was not available in the store and even suggested that the shoe be delivered to our home which we chose to do. we came in today to exchange a pair of shoes, the lady serving us was very helpful and a joy to talk to.
My mother recently visited your store after purchasing a pair of shoes that had a clear manufacturing defect—the entire shoe ripped apart, which is far from normal wear and tear. When she approached the female manager for assistance, she was met with rudeness and a complete lack of support. My mother does not speak fluent English, and instead of offering understanding or assistance, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful.
