We went in to return shoes that were given as a gift that did not fit. The front person told us that we were not able to return it due to it “being worn”. We’ve never worn them and the bottom of the shoe is likely dirty because others have tried it on in the store and walked on their dirty floors. We were forced to get a gift card instead of money back.
Didn't have the size or shoe I was looking at on line. Last time I was there, the manager helped me get 2 pairs of shoes I really like.

The gal that helped me was great. Her name is Jordan. In fact I think she deserves a bonus. I found a pair of shoes that felt comfortable and had good tread for this coming winter and she went above & beyond to help me get what I needed which totally would earn my business again. Thank you Jordan
