A great team working at Ske Strata, very helpful and get back to you promptly.
We are in a small complex of 5 units and the Management communication with all the 5 owners is appalling. Incompetent staff having to chase up with matters all the time , delayed in responding to emails or no response– unwilling to help or go the extra mile ,not providing clear precise information. Service is very poor, matters have been raised and have never been followed through.
We had a possum problem last year and it wasn't handled correctly at all. My partner got an email today asking to take down her rating because "they did all they could with the situation." This isn't the case, they didn't handle it well at all. They didn't return phone calls when the problem was happening also which added stress. We've lived in a unit before and the body corp was amazing. We are just not used to poor quality service.
Not acceptable. I've had a possum problem in my unit and they didn't call me back to address the situation. Ridiculous.
We locked ourselves out of our apartment. One of the staff kindly drove over to let us in within 10 minutes, which saved us a great deal of time and hassle. Much appreciated.
