Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. When I requested to cancel my membership due to relocation (which I clearly stated in an official email), I received a response from an unknown email address (“obergkirk”). The person didn’t introduce themselves and communicated in a disrespectful tone. Come to this gym if you want all your money taken!!!!
Best gym in Regina and it's not even close . Old hammer strength machines says it all . Super welcoming spot with an old school vibe . It's not planet fitness and thank God for that .
