I am very disappointed with the way this gym handles its members. We tried to reach out multiple times to the contact number posted directly on the front door, but our messages were completely ignored. When we went in person to sort this out, the staff was rude and dismissive, claiming the contact information they display themselves is "old" and insisting that cancellations must be done through social media instead. Great gym, great equipment, and a great atmosphere. The only major issue is the temperature in the summer. When it’s hot outside, the gym becomes brutally hot inside — to the point that heavy workouts feel unsafe. The air gets thick, people are drenched within minutes, and it becomes difficult to cool down between sets. Consistently running the AC during summer months would make a massive difference and easily make this a 5-star gym.

Very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. When I requested to cancel my membership due to relocation (which I clearly stated in an official email), I received a response from an unknown email address (“obergkirk”). The person didn’t introduce themselves and communicated in a disrespectful tone. They asked me to provide a photo ID with my new address, yet didn’t clarify who they were or what organization they represented, which felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
