I have been a loyal patient at this dental office for over 25 years and have always valued the excellent care from the dentists and hygienists. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the receptionist, Marcy, have made it increasingly unpleasant to come here. Her consistently cold demeanor and rude interactions are off-putting to the point where I now dread scheduling my appointments or interacting with the front desk.
