Absolutely have loved working with Donna at Skatell’s. I originally went when deciding what I’d want for an engagement ring. She walked me through everything you needed to know about diamonds and bands and answered all of my questions. They also have a great option where you can try on different bands that have magnetic stones to swap out different options to narrow down what you really love. Shannon was incredible to work with. She ordered in a ring to try and match a custom setting. Although the piece did not work she went above and beyond to find the right ring to match my custom engagement ring. I would highly recommend Skatell’s for wonderful customer service, always with a smile!
