Placed an order 10/25/23, for $423, and never received my order. Called and emailed them numerous times and was not contacted back. Received a tracking number in November 2022 for a package they never shipped. Called the building manager for the facility they rent and explained the situation the end of February 2023. He made David, the owner of Skate Kastle, call me the beginning of March 2023.
