I want to WARN anyone that looking to spend money with Skandia Remodeling. Paul Olsen remodel estimate was $75k and told me if I want to secure spot on schedule that I have to put $7500 down so that he can start in Feb 2022. so I put down money on Oct 13, 2021. We have a beautiful new kitchen, thanks to the folks at Skandia Remodeling. The attention to quality, and pride in workmanship; the good communication about next steps; keeping to the timeline set out at the start of our project; and the amazing design help made this as stress-free as a remodel can be. We had a pretty set budget for our remodel - Skandia helped us get the most for our money and we couldn't be happier with the results.

No expansion or significant rearrangement, but we did remove a wall, and all the associated electrical, and replace it with a breakfast bar. We also updated the nearby powder room, and had them replaced the patio sliding door. We had new high-end custom cabinets, and other high-end materials. Paul took us shopping, and provided expert guidance on material options including costs. Many of... read more
