They took my 9 year old off his meds so they could change them. Then on the return visit to get the new meds we were 10 min late (do to a truck full of corn tipping over on highway 14) and they canceled the appointment with no new medication to help him. I am a care giver for both my parents and my kids. They all have special needs and I take more than one to therapy at more than one location. I have never been so upset or disappointed.
