Kent is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He serviced and updated our temperamental and dated fireplace. Exceptional, friendly and no nonsense service. Happy customer (as demonstrated by the dog in his favourite place now being toasty warm!)

I was recently visiting my 82 yr old mom in Revelstoke when her washing machine started pouring water out from the back. It was clearly the building plumbing and not the machine. I called Kent Skalicky, told him what's up and tried to book an appt. He said "I can actually pop by now if you want." I was like YES PLEASE! He came in, did the inspection, had his guys come the next morning (a Friday) and fix the entire mess beautifully. Mom is thrilled. Thanks Kent. Pleasure meeting you.
