Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful.
Terrible customer service. Do NOT get figure skates sharpened there. He destroyed my special skates that I've owned for 30 years, they were in perfect condition just needed to be sharpened. Well the guy sharpened off my drop pick, the first, pick on my skates. It changed the whole way they work. I couldn't even skate with my child. He ruined my skates that hold a very sentimental value in my heart, a gift from my dad. He had zero remorse. All he said is he could refund me for the sharpening fee. What a joke!
