The management is poor I’ve been inquiring for a while to rent a unit but the lady Alissa replies with no interest and days and sometimes weeks later. Not sure how someone can be this lazy at their job
Best wood constructed rental unit in the okanagan. Great amenities, gym,dog park, picnic, and ***** location
Been here a month now and love it. Beautiful clean building. The office staff are here daily for any concerns which is amazing. They are very nice to deal with. Had one small maintenance issue which was dealt with immediately! Excellent location next to the lake and Beautiful park.
We had a great experience with skaha shores. Kaitlin and Candice are very professional, responsive, and truly cares about both tenants and property owners. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is always clear and courteous. This is the best and the most cleanest apartment building I have ever seen since I came to canada. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for apartments in penticton.
