I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a place to call home. While the rent is a little on the pricey side, the quality of the experience more than makes up for it. The management team and staff are truly outstanding. They are friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. We enjoy how clean the property is inside and out. And being close to Skaha lake. The girls that run this location have always been wonderful!!
The management is poor I’ve been inquiring for a while to rent a unit but the lady Alissa replies with no interest and days and sometimes weeks later. Not sure how someone can be this lazy at their job
Best wood constructed rental unit in the okanagan. Great amenities, gym,dog park, picnic, and ***** location
