Had motorhome repaired. Excellent customer service from Brady. Service prices are not the cheapest but knowledge and excellent results are worth it. Thanks to Brady and tech.

Abysmal customer service from the “service” department. From the moment I called with an urgent mechanical issue with my FORD they wanted to have nothing to do with me. I had mostly diagnosed the issue myself but was in Penticton for the day from Kelowna and didn’t have any tools etc. I had to convince them to take the 10 minutes it took to properly diagnose the issue and then they still refused to help me in any meaningful way.
