Absolute nightmare of a dealership. Zero quality control, zero respect and horrible customer service.
We were on our way back to Ontario from Vancouver, and hit a rock with our 2021 GT500. Bannister Ford went the extra mile to get us back on our way quickly. They were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
We had our ‘24 F150 serviced here for the 1st time. All went ok and I enjoyed the free shuttle ride home. Same day we had some recall work done on our ‘23 Escape. Nice to have both vehicles in and out same day. We had pleasant counter service today from Reid. Thanks Reid!
We found a vehicle that was listed on Auto Trader from Bannister Ford, the condition was exactly as discribed. I called to confirm and spoke with Denzer about it and set up an appointment to view the next day as we were traveling from out of town.
