Not the best customer service. They seem to forget when customers are waiting for their vehicles. Been there three times. Told him every time that I'd be waiting every time they have not come to tell me my vehicle is ready. Pretty bad when it's me and two other customers waiting don't recommend this shop.
I had a great experience at the Ford dealership in Penticton, especially working with Adam. He was very professional, honest, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process.
