The ER visit was awful, possibly due to understaffing, very unusual experience. Brought in by ambulance and left in a wheelchair out in the waiting room with cardiac issues without staff contact for over an hour
I was seen quickly by a GREAT Doctor, Dr. Ben Lucas-Roberts. Tests were done with lab results reassuring. Total time in the ER was 6 hours. They do a respectful job considering there umber of patients they deal with.
Dr Ben Lucas-Roberts is amazing! Great bedside manner and thorough in his work-up. Explained final diagnosis with vocabulary I understood and always has a smile on his face! All of my families trips to this emergency department have been to the same high standards of care.
