Dr. Karimi was not very helpful. She repeated questions up to 4-5x. She didn’t listen. She did not make eye contact. She was fixated on the computer. She focused on a 2 year old lab test result, w/o offering to update the lab test to see what current results are. She didn’t tell me to stop by the lab on my way out. I got a notice on the portal at 9 pm that night that I needed to go to the lab for other tests. She blew up my email with multiples of the same message, also. I do not recommend Dr. Karimi. Dr Kirimi is awesome
The wait wasn't very long. The staff are always friendly and professional. The gastro doctor was a little odd; however, she did address my concerns and ordered an upper GI to be done. The only issue is that there are no appointments until August. That is 6-8 weeks away. Fortunately, my problem is not urgent. So I can wait to have the testing done.
