There's clearly something critically wrong with the way referrals are handled. While the majority of the staff I've talked to have been friendly, it is frankly unacceptable that the same referral that has been marked urgent and sent over twice over the span of two weeks can suddenly "go missing" after I'd been ensured I'd get a call back that day once it was processed. Continue to call billing over clinics and even the billing department not updating my insurance correctly. Being screamed at by someone because they “ billed correctly “ when my statements show they didn’t, such a joke. Everyone needs to be re-trained

I have never had any issues with the staff or Doctors other than a guy nurse practitioner believed me as a seeker of pain meds and sent me away with a torn shoulder and ripped muscles. I went back to work because he didn’t provide a follow up or excuse from work. I guess I’m saying this to vent :0 lol, but other than, I am returning as a patient. Because the staff and my requested Dr. Sheu, were absolutely great to me 🙂👍🏼

Absolutely terrible customer service department. The disrespect in the way i was spoken to along with the pack of empathy about sums it up. Its no surprise, and representative of the terrible service/care I received at their clinic as well. I will never deal with Skagit Regional Health again. It's worth any amount of time going elsewhere.
