First visit here for my special needs child. They were very nervous about going in and struggled to come into the clinic. As they waited in the lobby very distressed to enter the clinic room or be in the clinic at all, the staff was very unkind to them; At one point the nurse yelled at them and told them to shut up. As I was leaving, I experienced zero compassion/ just eyebrow raises and a comment of "good luck." I will not be returning here and advise anyone with special needs children to do the same.
