First visit here for my special needs child. They were very nervous about going in and struggled to come into the clinic. As they waited in the lobby very distressed to enter the clinic room or be in the clinic at all, the staff was very unkind to them; At one point the nurse yelled at them and told them to shut up. As I was leaving, I experienced zero compassion/ just eyebrow raises and a comment of "good luck." I will not be returning here and advise anyone with special needs children to do the same.
Tried calling multiple times with no call backs for months. Will be switching to a new provider. Disappointing.

Been calling and calling and calling for weeks and months now in order to schedule my children for an appointment. They used to be amazing about a year ago but then something happened in their building (flooding: busted pipes I was told) that shut them down for the remainder of the year… and I guess they just are terrible at callbacks now and scheduling. I have NOT received any callbacks despite calling and PLEADING that the receptionist inform the clinic that I really need to schedule my children. I’m going to be switching ... read more
