I was 8 weeks postpartum and they have yet to schedule or call me for an appointment. I had no choice then to go to my old OBGYN clinic. I had severe postpartum high BP. They cancelled my appt due to the Dr not being available and never rescheduled it.
Some of the doctors I saw during my pregnancy were great and really listened and worked with me. Dr. DelBello hast more anxious disposition and when asked to explain her recommendations did not, yet kept pushing for tests with no real indication and seemingly oblivious to the extra costs. The first appointment I had with her she stated “Well if you were my patient…”, I WAS her patient. My blood pressure was only elevated when in her care but that caused her to push for an induction. This was my first time visiting this clinic. The receptionists were exceptional, along with the doctors and other medical staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns as I navigate my next options. Truly an amazing first time experience.
