My doctor did not review my chart or my lab results prior to my appointment. They told me they were too busy the prior week to look at my file. They told me they did not know why I was referred to them. They also told me I had been given a referral to another doctor, and I should just call them. But I called and had not received a referral to anyone but that doctor.
Very pleasant - easy access. Front desk receptionist very helpful. Dr. dela Houssaye was pleasant - and I was very comfortable. Thank you.
