I don’t know any of the pros of this place. I only know the cons me and my wife had set up appointments for the first time at the clinic to get medical care and we went to the appointment after waiting a month or so we followed Google maps we went to the wrong building showed up about 10 minutes early though, and they sent us to another wrong building. I would NOT recommend the primary care clinic. I scheduled an appointment that was next day with Anastasia Bernhard D.O. Perhaps her last minute availability is by chance or that she’s as awful to her clients as she was to me. She walked into the patient room with a stuck up snobby attitude and smirk on her face and annoyed demeanor the ENTIRE time. Every time I call to make a simple appointment it’s over twenty minutes wait time. It’s 2025, that is just unacceptable.
Me fiancée went in for a checkup and I took a nap on a chair. I have no idea how good the quality of the care is, but I’ll tell you what! It was clean, and the chair was good enough to take a nap in.
Today I took my 14month old daughter to be seen for high fevers at Urgent Care in the riverbed location. The MA-C that took my daughter vitals messed up on her weight she put that my daughter weighed 10lbs when my daughter weighs 20 something pounds almost 30 pounds. I’m sure my daughter was given the wrong amount of medication since they got her weight wrong to begin with.
