My appointment was completely canceled and I was turned away for being 8 minutes late due to walking in the wrong building at the address given. This was after waiting for 2 months just to get in. They lost the referral my doctor had sent them. I called several times over 1.5 months before they even processed my referral. This organization is involved in fraudulent activity. Without my knowledge, their registration department forged my consent onto a legally binding financial agreement, communications agreement, and a consent to release of information, all without giving me the opportunity to even read or know the content of the agreement. My personal experiences have left me with serious medical trauma & permanent, lifelong damage to my body, & when I've tried to report these things, I'm ignored. Patient Relations has ignored everything I've sent to them. Because of my health issues, I'm forced to keep going to appts where these kinds of issues continue to recur because the hospital & staff aren't interested in feedback to improve their systems/how the patients are treated. Edit: My uncle was rushed here having a heart attack last week, he unfortunately passed.. after he passed away staff here asked my family 3 times within 30 minutes where we planned on taking his body, he hadn't been deceased for an hour and this was totally unexpected. I saw the occupational health doctor in September of last year to reopen 2 L&I claims. . Fast forward to July 2024 and a denial letter from Board of appeals due to confusion about 2 claims because the paperwork was not filled out correctly by the Dr and or office.
