Dr. DeBello was great, she answered all my questions and walked me though a procedure that I was very nervous about calmly. Her assistant was great as well. It’s hard having a procedure when you have medical anxiety, and they helped me to feel relaxed the entire time and I barely felt a thing. She has excellent bedside manner and very competent with the care I received, explaining everything each step of the way.

I call the number on their website and the system says only two cities mountvernon and another - not Arlington so i click mount vernon and lady name Lisa R answers so i ask her if she knows they don’t give Arlington option and she said no it should which seemed strange as if she didn’t believe me so i said well i’m not lying to you it only two options and not Arlington then she gets Nasty with her tone as if she’s scolding me she says Ate hiu calling to argument with me or you want me to help you. My friend is in more terrible pain than I've ever seen in my life and has been given INADEQUATE dosage of Vicadin for the last 10 years from this clinic. His doctor is retiring and his new doctor told him he was a drug seeker after seeing him for five minutes. He just picked up his prescription and instead of giving him his usual 240 pills he got 200. He called this clinic and they said his doctor turned him in to the hospital as a drug seeker and they were weaning him off of ALL pain meds, cutting 50 pills off of each month... read more

My mom was a new patient there and she called trying to get an appointment. They said that even though she was urgent that because she was new she wouldn’t even be considered for an appointment. They said that they didn’t care that she was an urgent referral and that she needed to go to the hospital because she couldn’t even get called to schedule an appointment for 2 weeks. Absolutely horrid customer service.
