My appointment was completely canceled and I was turned away for being 8 minutes late due to walking in the wrong building at the address given. This was after waiting for 2 months just to get in. They lost the referral my doctor had sent them. I called several times over 1.5 months before they even processed my referral. Then to cancel the appointment I’d been waiting for while still enduring the diagnosis I was given months before with no treatment. This organization is involved in fraudulent activity. Without my knowledge, their registration department forged my consent onto a legally binding financial agreement, communications agreement, and a consent to release of information, all without giving me the opportunity to even read or know the content of the agreement.
