Impossible for elder people to schedule appointments as everything is going to self serve online. This is just the tip of the iceberg with what is wrong with Skagit. Most doctors are decent however everything else from scheduling appointments to them actually addressing referrals and knowing insurance is horrible. Way to go Skagit regional hope you all are saving lots of money and won’t come back to community for help. Do yourself a favor, travel south for any medical needs you can, night and day difference.
Skagit regional ER needs to be better, came in with a full bladder begging to be helped , when your Skagit Walk-in clinic also saw me for no reason to send me to the ER , which I drove 10 mins my self , your walk in health care management / communication kills are terrible because no one saw me at the ER for 2 hours in the Emergency room , I had almost 2 liters of pee inside me and it could have bursted. Dr gave me pain meds and let me leave after 45 mins , didn’t make sure someone was there to pick me up , didn’t give me mo... read more
Great job everyone! Beautiful facility, great staff, caring Doctor and Nurse that took care of each and every one of my needs and took care of everything I needed including canceling appointments that were unnecessary at other offices, all within the same day as my visit. Above and beyond. Thank you everyone.
Unfriendly staff. I looked up the address and even the guy at the sleep clinic in the hospital said this was a common problem that people walk through the entire hospital to get to their clinic. I arrive 9 mins late after walking through the entire Skagit campus and they tell me I have to reschedule to August. They don’t care about health they care about lining their pockets. Front desk women was rude and disrespectful.
Dr. Amir Mazhari was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate during my visit. Hes easily one of the coolest doctors on my list. He took my symptoms seriously, listened carefully, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated how comprehensive and thoughtful his approach was, THANK YOU!
