Took a family member in for a barium swallow test and was very impressed with the level of customer service provided. The support staff was careful with him, and handled his deficiencies with ease. Received a call from the specialist that evening with a verbal report regarding the concerns from the testing. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting Seattle level service from SVH, but there it is. Very happy with the professionalism and the empathetic care.
