I recently submitted a review that I now know was a little premature. The dealer actually does take care of its customers. They just had a problem getting an answer to my question that's why it took so long to get back to me. So ignore the one star review that I previously submitted that is not accurate!
I recently bought a new Kawasaki 650 and they were quick to help me with that. That's where the good customer service ended. I've been trying to reach them needing to talk to somebody and I keep getting told they'll call me but they never do. If You need help after your purchase this is not the dealer to buy from.
