My wife called 3 separate times throughout the day. Got transferred more than 10 times, and each call ended with the department letting her wait for 30+ minutes then hanging up on her. Useless. Can't use the app or online functions to schedule anything. No call backs despite leaving several messages. In person is *better* but I can't belive people pay for this. Feels like it's a Canadian hospital instead with this lack of effort and response.
Needed to make an ASAP urgent appointment and couldn't get someone of the phone after an hour of being on hold to schedule.
Contrast injection was perfect, barely felt it. Staff is professional and friendly.
Very nice place with nicer people.
Technical team very nice, pleasant and Knowledgeable. Gowns are weird I prefer a robe. Front staff are pretty rude and indifferent in attending to your check in, like your bothering them. The one lady was snarky and purposely mispronounced my Dr name.
