It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Chang today. I didn't know what I was going to do when I heard Dr. Lam retired. The office staff made my first appointment with Dr. Chang totally seamless. Dr. Chang was very friendly and made me feel welcome. He spent a few minutes inspecting my feet and reassured me that Dr. Lam's previous care would be carefully continued. ZERO STARS!! I had a pair of orthotics made by Dr Lam, and they didn't work. I called to make an appointment only to find out Dr Chang was now running the practice (or should I say ruining the practice). His solution to new orthotics - pay out of pocket to cough up as my insurance paid for the previous ones. Let's not take care of the patient but let's try to rip them off!
