I was surprised to learn that they don’t provide pricing information over the phone and instead require an in-person visit to the property. In today’s digital age, this approach feels outdated and inconvenient. Unfortunately, this policy led me to take my business elsewhere.

Very money hungry company. I had them for some time, but always arguing with them one way or another I told Donna not to deliver oil automatically, because I am often not home . I told her that I will call them when I need oil, but they would just not accept it,and they just argue with me . They are pressing you to do their way One star is too much for them.

I too have a beef with the woman on the telephone at Skaggs-Walsh. Just nasty. Obviously, a family member who wishes she were someplace else. And why don't you send an annual notice for a system cleaning out to customers? And the ridiculous cost of a service contract, but the service contract only covers labor - it won't prevent you from being charged at 3x retail price for parts. Don't take the service contract. There is this lady….Allison” is the worst in customer service!!!!! She’s very rude and degrades customer. She may be part of ownership because of her behavior. That says a lot about this company…it’s the New Year and this woman is arrogant and not deserving to be where she is now!!!! Am sure she knows what she is. Good luck in life….I will definitely change oil company soon because of people like you!!!! The worst ever in this world!!!
