I had an awful experience with this company. I got a simple speeding ticket. They did not update me one time. I had to call every time and even when I did they wouldn’t ever answer or call me back. When I finally got in touch with them they put me on hold for 20 minutes and could not find my file. They didn’t apologize and were extremely rude about it.
