Completely unorganized and money hungry! Do not move here. Maintenance takes forever, everything is half assed, it smells and the staff is rude. they never gave me a laundry key. excepting me to buy one for a $100, when they never gave me one to begin with…The property is filthy and unlivable for pets and children. Trash and broken glass EVERYWHERE. Not to mention ROACHES infesting the entire building the first month I moved in!!! HORRIBLE people to work with. it is one thing after another here. Something is always going wrong and they don’t care to fix things or make things right! I didn’t even have working water when I first moved in, then they “fixed” it and I had constant running water for almost a MONTH. Then when they put a hole in my wall to fix the pipes they left it there for over a week. We have loved living at Skaff! Management is fantastic and it is so quiet and well maintained! We feel like we are living in our own private community! 10/10 recommend! 🫶
Pro: Decent rent, underground parking, clean community Spaces Con: High thefts (several Amazon packages stolen from mail room, my TV stolen from garage ) Slow maintenance requests
