Do not rent from them. Have had way better success with other companies to rent from. They don’t care about tenants, only the money.
I’ve rented a unit in a Skaff twin home for 14 years and highly recommend them. Maintenance has always been carried out promptly, professionally and courteously. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. Never had a problem in all this time, can’t beat that!
Ive lived in a Skaff-managed 5-bedroom single family home for around 3 years now, after a long history(battle?) with "fixer upper" homeownership. The benefits of total privacy, so much space with a HUGE fenced yard, an ACTUAL three stall garage with room for a snowblower + fishing gear + bikes along with 3 vehicles (2 SUVs) and literal worry-free maintenance and zero repair costs have made me very comfortable.
