Not sure how or why this place can get bad reviews. They're a contract manufacturer of cold headed parts, not a retail place. I think the 2 one start reviews are from the same person. Now, I have experience with the folks at Skach Mfg. and they do a good job. If you need a custom rivet, this is the place to go. But that's a really small subset of humanity.
Pretty impressed with themselves..............need to take some classes in customer service
